My Story
I used to have a successful career in IT, climbing the ladder and working in respected roles. On the surface, everything looked great. But deep down, I wanted more freedom, meaning, and a life that felt truly mine.
In 2019, my husband and I made a bold move. We left our high-paying jobs, ready to create a life aligned with our values. It felt like the right decision, but I didn’t expect how challenging it would be to navigate this new chapter. Burnout hit me, and it hit hard. I was trying to do it all—be a mom, a wife, a professional, stay healthy, learn, and and grow—and it just became too much.
Coaching has been part of my toolkit since I discovered it in 2017. I used it to support others, but it became my lifeline during this time. It helped me slow down, reconnect with what mattered, and rebuild a balanced and fulfilling life.
That experience taught me that life isn’t about doing it all but focusing on what truly matters. It’s not easy, but stepping back, reassessing, and making intentional changes can transform everything.
Who Am I?
I love hiking and spending time in the forest and by the sea. Nature plays an essential part in my life. I love animals; I have lots of them at home.
I have three teenage children with whom I have a great relationship; they are my pride and joy.
I love dancing; I take dancing lessons every week. I like biking and just simply walking. Movement is my therapy.
I have an intrinsic motivation to help people. I get absolute joy when people grow and move towards the life that brings them happiness.
I also enjoy solving complex problems. This is why my first education of choice was Computer Science. I became a manager through my inborn ability to be organized and through excellent intuition. In time, I discovered my intrinsic motivation and became a coach. Now, I am studying to become a psychotherapist to deepen my knowledge and approach.
I am curious, innovative, and change-oriented. I have a great sense of humor.
I am supportive and empathic. I am also fearless in speaking the truth and can be rather direct.
